This Privacy Policy explains how Stellar Track Pop (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use the mobile game.

1. Information We Collect
Stellar Track Pop is designed as an offline-first game.
The current version of the App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide personal information in order to play.
We do not intentionally collect personal information such as:

- Email address
- Phone number
- Home address
- Contacts
- Precise location
- Photos or videos
- Financial information
- Government identification
- Passwords
- Account credentials
2. Local Game Data
The App stores certain game information locally on your device so that your progress and preferences can be remembered.
This may include:
- Best score
- Current progression
- Highest stage reached
- Collected in-game rewards
- Unlocked track themes
- Unlocked achievements
- Selected cosmetic or theme
- Tutorial completion status
- Music settings
- Sound-effect settings
- Vibration settings

This information is stored locally on your device and is used only to provide the game experience.
We do not operate a server that receives this locally stored gameplay information in the current version of the App.
3. Accounts
Stellar Track Pop does not currently provide user accounts.
You do not need to register, create a profile, or sign in to play the game.
Because no user account is created, there is no account data stored by us that requires an online account-deletion process.
4. Internet and Network Services
The core gameplay of Stellar Track Pop is designed to work offline.
The current version does not require a backend server, Firebase account, or cloud database for normal gameplay.
If a future version introduces an online feature, analytics service, advertising SDK, cloud save, or another network-based service that processes user data, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety disclosures will be updated before or alongside that functionality as required.
5. Advertising
The current version of Stellar Track Pop does not include advertising SDKs.
We therefore do not currently collect or share advertising identifiers or personal information for advertising purposes through the App.
If advertisements are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain the applicable advertising provider and its data practices.
6. Analytics
The current version of Stellar Track Pop does not use third-party analytics SDKs to track users.
We do not currently use services such as Firebase Analytics or similar analytics platforms within the App.
7. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information.
We do not rent personal information.
We do not intentionally share personal or sensitive user information with third parties through the current version of the App because the App does not collect such information for normal gameplay.
8. Support Emails
The App may provide an option that allows you to contact support using an email application installed on your device.
When you choose this option, the App opens your email application using an email compose request.
The App does not automatically send an email.
Any information you choose to include in an email is voluntarily provided by you and will be processed through your selected email provider.
If you contact us directly by email, we may receive:
- Your email address
- The contents of your message
- Any information or attachments you voluntarily provide
We use support communications only to respond to your inquiry, investigate reported problems, or provide requested assistance.
9. Data Retention
Gameplay data stored locally remains on your device until it is:
- Reset through an available in-app reset feature;
- Cleared through Android application settings; or
- Removed when the App is uninstalled, subject to Android device and backup behaviour.
Support emails sent directly to us may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or satisfy legitimate legal obligations.
We do not retain server-side gameplay profiles because the current version does not operate user accounts or cloud-based gameplay storage.
10. Data Deletion
You can remove locally stored gameplay information by using the App's reset-progress feature where available, clearing the App's storage through Android settings, or uninstalling the App.

We will review valid deletion requests and remove applicable information unless retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate security or dispute-resolution purposes.
11. Security
We design Stellar Track Pop to minimise data collection.
Because normal gameplay information remains locally on the device and the current version does not upload gameplay profiles to our servers, exposure of personal information is reduced.
For any information voluntarily sent to us through support communications, we take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of that information.
However, no electronic communication or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Permissions
Stellar Track Pop is designed to request only permissions that are necessary for implemented game functionality.
The current game does not require access to sensitive information such as contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, or user media for normal gameplay.
Permissions may vary if functionality changes in a future release. Any material change involving personal or sensitive user data will be reflected in this Privacy Policy and relevant Google Play disclosures.
13. Children's Privacy
Stellar Track Pop is designed with simple and family-friendly gameplay presentation.
The App does not intentionally request children to provide personal information, create accounts, or submit personal data as part of normal gameplay.
If we learn that personal information from a child has been directly provided to us in a manner that should not have occurred, we will take reasonable steps to delete it where required.

The App may contain virtual items such as:
- Star cores
- Track themes
- Achievements
- Boosters
- Cosmetic rewards
These items exist only within the game.
They are not real-world currency and do not represent cash, financial assets, betting rewards, or withdrawable prizes.
15. Third-Party Links and Services
The current version of the App does not rely on third-party websites for core gameplay.
If you choose to open an external application, such as your email provider, that service operates according to its own privacy practices and terms.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services.
16. International Users
Stellar Track Pop may be available to users in multiple countries.
Because normal gameplay data is stored locally and we do not currently maintain online user accounts, the App is designed to minimise transmission of personal data.
If future online services materially change this practice, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when:
- App features change;
- New SDKs or services are added;
